Inspeq is Krank’s inspection and work-order management platform designed for teams that perform field inspections, audits, and compliance checks. Inspeq enables users to create flexible inspection templates, conduct inspections using mobile or web apps, capture rich media (images, audio, video), and generate actionable reports, all in one place. With AI-powered capabilities, Inspeq is evolving how inspections are created, performed, and reviewed.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Associate to work closely with the Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to help build and scale Inspeq. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands user workflows, and wants hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
You will support feature planning, write clear product requirements, assist in roadmap execution, and ensure that shipped features solve real user problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Product Managers in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of features
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform product decisions
Help document product workflows, edge cases, and system behaviour
Assist in prioritization of features, bugs, and enhancements
Validate features before release by coordinating QA and internal testing
Track product metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to AI-driven feature ideation (voice, video, automation, workflows)
Maintain product documentation and internal product knowledge bases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a Product, Business Analyst, or Tech-focused role
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
Ability to write clear, structured product requirements and documentation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and stakeholders
Good to Have:
Experience working on SaaS or B2B products
Exposure to workflow-based products (inspections, operations, compliance, field tools)
Basic understanding of UX principles and wireframing tools (Figma, etc.)
Experience working with AI-powered or automation-driven features
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or Productboard
